- Manage the permitting and licensing processes for construction
- Maintain a comprehensive Approval Roadmap and timelines
- Prepare applications ensuring compliance with regulations
- Establish communication with regulatory bodies and stakeholders
- Oversee utility approvals and manage relocations Requirements:
- Civil or Environmental Engineering degree
- RPP or P.Eng.
certification in Ontario
- 10 years of experience in permitting and approvals
- Proven track record with municipal and utility permits
- Familiarity with environmental legislation Strengthen project outcomes through compliance management and effective stakeholder engagement in this critical managerial role.
