We are currently recruiting a Caregiver to accompany a male employer, who is a C5 Quadriplegic, to his classes and assist with some personal care and class duties.

Location:

- KPU - Surrey

Available Shifts:

Fall Schedule

- Tuesday 10am-12pm
- Wednesday 10am-1pm
- Thursday 10am-12pm
- Friday 10am-4pm

Compensation:

- $50 per hour
- Contractor position so no taxes taken and employee to report amounts

Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:

- would meet him at school
- helping him navigate the campus {KPU - Surrey}
- performing mitrofanoff catheter as needed
- acting as his scribe in class

Requirements:

- must have EA certification, HCA certificate or LPN
- fluent in English (written and spoken)
- need to be comfortable with clean catheterization {would train prior to start of school at home}
- be able to recognize and respond to autonomic dysreflexia symptoms
