What You'll Do:
Working under the direction of the Foreman and Project Manager, you’ll take on a variety of hands-on tasks across residential and commercial builds. Some of the work includes:
Framing and erecting walls
- Installing windows, doors, and interior finishes
- Setting floor trusses, subfloors, and roof trusses
- Constructing decks and performing rough carpentry
- Working with wood, ICF foundations, and other materials
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling with precision
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Is self-motivated, focused,
and detail-oriented
- Has solid communication skills and works well with others
- Can work independently or as part of a team
- Brings professionalism, safety, and efficiency to the job site
- Has their own hand tools, a valid driver’s license, and a reliable vehicle
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or GED equivalent
- Previous construction experience is a definite asset
