Looking for an experienced carpenter or renovation contractor to complete several finishing items in my home in the Mimico/Humber Bay area of Toronto.

Scope for Wall Framing Assessment & Drywall Installation

- Existing built-in closet has been demolished.

- Some framing remains and appears to be at different depths.

- Need contractor to assess existing framing, determine final wall plane, make any required framing adjustments/shimming, and install drywall.

- Drywall finishing required (taping, mudding, sanding).

- Small ceiling drywall repair also required. Looking for:

- Experienced carpenter and/or renovation contractor.

- Able to assess whether any existing framing is structural or non-structural before modifications.

- Insured.

- References and photos of similar work preferred. Please provide:

- Brief description of your experience.

- Approximate availability.

- Photos of similar projects.

- Estimate for labour (materials can be discussed separately).
