- Support the onboarding of recent customers by explaining account features or service benefits clearly and confidently.
- Handle inquiries related to orders, returns, or billing with patience and clarity to ensure customer satisfaction.




- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and streamline processes for a seamless customer experience.

Skills

- Proven experience in customer service or guest services, preferably in a retail, hospitality, or food service environment.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to accuracy and security during transactions.
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking abilities to confidently engage with diverse audiences.
- Experience working with children or in family-oriented settings is a plus for engaging younger customers effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
