- Manage customer transactions accurately and efficiently using digital cash handling systems
- Provide friendly, professional assistance to customers via phone or online chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and account management to enhance their experience
- Maintain a high level of guest service by ensuring each customer feels heard, appreciated, and satisfied with their interaction
- Handle returns, refunds,



and exchanges in accordance with company policies while maintaining a positive attitude
- Support team members by sharing best practices for customer engagement and problem-solving techniques
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly to ensure accurate records and follow-up actions

Experience

- Prior experience working with children is a plus, demonstrating patience and understanding in diverse interactions
- Strong public speaking skills that enable clear communication in virtual settings
- Proven background in customer service or guest services roles, ideally within food service or hospitality industries
- Experience with cash handling systems or point-of-sale (POS) technology is highly desirable
- Familiarity with food service operations or hospitality environments enhances your ability to connect with customers effectively
- Excellent communication skills combined with a positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
