- Assist customers with questions related to food service or hospitality offerings, ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain detailed records of transactions and customer interactions for accountability and quality assurance




- Promote a welcoming environment by demonstrating excellent public speaking skills during virtual interactions
- Support team efforts by sharing feedback on customer needs and suggesting improvements to service processes

Requirements

- Proven experience working with children or in guest services is a plus, demonstrating patience and adaptability
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in a virtual setting
- Experience with cash handling or food service operations enhances your suitability for this role
