- Provide product demonstrations and explain features to customers, enhancing their understanding and encouraging sales
- Upsell additional products or services by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customer attention and promote featured items
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick checkout processes without sacrificing quality service




- Handle customer inquiries over the phone or in person with professionalism, demonstrating excellent communication skills

Skills

- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or technical sales environments
- Strong product knowledge and ability to conduct engaging product demos
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual skills are a plus for reaching broader audiences
