Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, inquiries, and product information
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions swiftly and securely
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision
- Conduct product demos and upselling to promote featured items and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and optimize product placement
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently while maintaining professionalism
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising principles
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent organizational skills and time management to prioritize duties effectively
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, skilled phone etiquette and interpersonal approach
