We are seeking an experienced Change Manager with 7+ years in Technology Change Management or IT Service Management to support enterprise technology governance and transformation initiatives. The role involves managing technology change reviews, CAB approvals, risk and impact assessments, compliance, and governance reporting across complex IT environments.
The ideal candidate will have robust knowledge of ITIL change management, IT governance frameworks, stakeholder management, documentation, and audit readiness , along with experience coordinating changes across multiple technology teams. ITIL certification and experience supporting large-scale technology modernization or transformation programs are highly preferred.
