With 32 sites and a team of more than 330, we offer comprehensive programs in housing, shelter, employment, settlement, youth, seniors’ services, and a music school, creating lasting community impact.

Role Summary The CEO will develop strategic direction, increase technology‑enabled operational excellence, strengthen financial sustainability, and heighten cross‑program collaboration to deliver creative, responsive, and exceptional services to a highly diverse constituency. The executive must have senior leadership experience in a complex,



multi‑site not‑for‑profit or public sector organization, with a proven record in labor relations, government relations, funder stewardship, community partnership, and fundraising. A strategic, creative, and financially astute leader who communicates effectively and is committed to transparency, integrity, and community impact will thrive in this role.
