Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chief Executive Officer role based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada.

The Chief Executive

Officer will provide overall strategic leadership, define organizational vision, and ensure alignment of business objectives with long-term growth plans.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, guiding senior leaders, and establishing performance metrics across departments. The role involves managing budgets and financial health, building solid relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, and representing NEXO UCA in high-level meetings and public forums.

- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to oversee executive workflows, organizational processes, and efficient office operations.
- Demonstrated Customer Service orientation, with a focus on client satisfaction, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Solid Accounting knowledge to interpret financial reports, manage budgets, and support strategic financial decision-making.
