Therapists bring a variety of techniques to their practice and work closely with Dr. Salmon, DC, to deliver coordinated, effective treatment. Our front desk team is welcoming, efficient, and committed to helping patients with scheduling, insurance, and administrative support. Together, we create a calm, professional environment where patients feel informed, empowered, and genuinely cared for.

Qualifications The ideal candidate is:

● Compassionate and empathetic, with the ability to make patients feel comfortable,

especially those experiencing pain, anxiety, or injury

● An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills

● Highly organized with effective time management skills

● Detail-oriented and accurate in completing administrative and clinical tasks

● Physically capable of performing warm-up massages throughout the day

● Committed to maintaining patient confidentiality and professionalism

● Positive, dependable, and eager to contribute to a team environment





● Adaptable and able to manage changing schedules and unexpected situations

● Able to collaborate effectively with the chiropractor and other team members

● Reliable in completing tasks independently while following established procedures

● Comfortable using electronic health records, scheduling software, and other office technology

Responsibilities

● Perform 5–10 minute over-the-clothes warm-up massages to prepare patients for chiropractic adjustments

● Help keep Dr. Salmon on schedule throughout the day

● Welcome patients and escort them to treatment rooms

● Record patient updates and medical changes accurately in electronic health records

● Assist in addressing patient needs and ensuring they feel comfortable during their visit

● Clean and prepare treatment rooms daily

● Coordinate with the front desk team and Dr. Salmon to ensure ICBC and WorkSafeBC

(WCB) forms are completed and submitted promptly

● Perform other duties as assigned to support the clinic's daily operations
