Are you a motivated salesperson who wants to control your own income?

Homa is looking for a commission-only Christmas Light Sales Representative to sell residential and commercial Christmas light installations throughout Ottawa and Gatineau.

We provide the marketing, estimating tools, installation crews, and support—you focus on meeting customers and closing deals.

Compensation

- 10% commission on every sale
- No commission cap
- Average project value: approximately $3,500
- Earn approximately $350 per average sale
- Top performers can earn up to $2,500 per week during the busy season
- Paid according to company commission policy

Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming leads
- Generate your own leads through networking and prospecting
- Meet with homeowners and commercial property managers
- Perform on-site consultations
- Prepare estimates and follow up with prospects
- Close residential and commercial Christmas lighting projects
- Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business year after year

Qualifications




- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working independently
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Previous sales experience is an asset, but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
