CI/Process Engineer

Qualifications

- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in process, manufacturing, industrial, or continuous improvement engineering within a manufacturing environment.

- Experience with high-volume manufacturing, production processes, automation, and assembly operations.

- Robust understanding of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and problem-solving tools (e.g. PDCA, PFMEA, Kaizen, KATA, 5 Why).

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes, throughput, cycle times, and equipment utilization.

- Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.





- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles.

- Develop and maintain standard work instructions, SOPs, KPIs, and process documentation.

- Support capacity planning, ergonomics improvements, error-proofing, and production problem solving.

- Collaborate with Engineering and Operations on new equipment implementation and new product introductions.

- Monitor manufacturing performance metrics and recommend corrective actions.

- Support a safe manufacturing workplace by identifying and addressing process-related risks.

Work Environment

- Full-time, on-site manufacturing environment.

- PPE required.

- Occasional overtime may be required.
