They are seeking a skilled Cisco UC Engineer to join their team and play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco Unified Communications solutions for their clients. As a Cisco UC Engineer, you will collaborate closely with the sales team and clients to understand their communication needs and develop customized UC solutions that meet their requirements.
Responsibilities
1. Solution Design: Work closely with the sales team and clients to gather requirements and design Cisco Unified Communications solutions tailored to client needs. This includes assessing existing infrastructure, recommending enhancements, and creating detailed design documentation.
2. Implementation:
Lead the implementation of Cisco UC solutions, including installing, configuring, and testing hardware and software components such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE), and Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express (CME).
3. Integration: Integrate Cisco UC solutions with existing network infrastructure, third‑party applications, and cloud services to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.
4. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Cisco UC solutions, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing system upgrades, and implementing security patches and fixes.
