Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging one on one, yard and in-cab training as part of the Class 1 Alberta Pathway program
- Prepare students for their written and practical driving exams
- Provide expert guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure student success
- Maintain a safe, compliant, and professional learning environment
- Accurately document student progress and keep training records up to date




- Hold a valid class 1 or class 5 DL prospectively for a minimum 5 years

Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Alberta Class 1/3 or 5 Driving Instructor License
- Proven experience as a Class 1/3 or 5 Driving Instructor
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A safety-first mindset and ability to instill the same values in students
- Clean driver’s abstract and commitment to following all road regulations and safety protocol
- Hold a valid class 1 or class 5 Alberta DL prospectively for a minimum 5 years
