We are seeking a reliable, organized and motivated Cleaning Operations Supervisor to oversee our day to day cleaning operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining exceptional service standards by recruiting and training employees, onboarding new clients, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring adequate staffing across all assigned locations.
This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Training and onboarding new staff.
- Supervise employees and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure company standards are met.
- Onboard new commercial clients, including site walkthroughs and service implementation.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships while addressing concerns promptly.
- Coordinate staffing and schedules to ensure all locations are adequately covered.
- Fill in at client sites when employees are absent or during staffing shortages.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with management.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, facilities management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Adaptable availability, including evenings and weekends when required.
