Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Use hand tools and power tools to scrub, polish, and maintain surfaces efficiently and effectively
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing minor repairs, and managing custodial supplies
- Operate heavy lifting equipment or assist with moving furniture and equipment safely when needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and clients regarding completed tasks or any issues encountered during the shift




- Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning duties within scheduled timeframes while maintaining high standards of cleanliness

Requirements

- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred; strong background in facilities maintenance is a plus
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques for various cleaning tasks
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and address client needs professionally
- Ability to manage time efficiently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently
- Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting heavy objects safely
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services
- Customer service orientation with a positive attitude towards clients and team collaboration
