Play a key role in one of Northern Health's most significant capital projects by leading the integration of clinical practices, processes, and innovative care models into the UHNBC Acute Care Tower. Reporting to the Chief Clinical Planning Officer, the Clinical Lead leads in the planning of all activities associated with the implementation of assigned projects.

Lead provides clinical input into the design, build and implementation of the UHNBC Acute Care Tower (ACT) which is an integral part of NH’s Strategic Plan and involves the incorporation of clinical processes to ensure consistency.

Lead collaborates with others who execute the implementation arising from the adoption of the new clinical practices and procedures for UHNBC ACT.

Lead provides support in assessing and responding to the impact of current design, technology and equipment and identifying opportunities to improve clinical practice and processes. In addition, the Clinical Lead is responsible for facilitating, in collaboration with others, the development and implementation of education, transition planning and training strategies to support clinicians through these changes. The salary range for this position is $108,147 (min) to $135,184 (midpoint) to $155,461 (max) per annum, based on 1.0 FTE.
