Summary

We are seeking a Lead Hand to join our team in Canada. This pivotal role is based in Calgary, where you will oversee daily operations on-site and ensure project standards are met. As a Lead Hand at Cor-Crete, you will contribute to our mission of delivering top-quality concrete solutions that stand the test of time.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with project managers to meet project deadlines and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.




- Monitor quality control processes to maintain high standards.
- Manage in office personnel and subcontractors effectively.
- Assist in scheduling and budgeting for projects.
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections.
- Support training and mentorship of team members.
- Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in concrete or general construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
- Commitment to safety standards and quality assurance.
- Relevant certifications in construction or safety are preferred.
