We're looking for an experienced Commercial Sheet Metal Foreman to lead our field crews on a diverse portfolio of commercial HVAC construction projects throughout the Ottawa region.

For over 30 years, we've built our reputation by delivering quality workmanship, developing exceptional people, and building lasting relationships with our clients. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Foreman who shares those values and wants to help shape the next chapter of our company.

Our construction team is actively delivering and tendering a wide range of commercial HVAC projects, from equipment replacements and tenant fit-ups to large-scale new construction. You'll have the opportunity to lead a variety of projects while helping build a team known for its professionalism, quality, and craftsmanship.

This isn't simply about managing installations. It's about leading people, mentoring apprentices, solving problems, and creating job sites where everyone takes pride in the work they do.

What you'll do

- Lead and coordinate daily site operations and oversee an average of 4 employees.
- Plan work with Project Managers to keep crews productive and projects on schedule.
- Mentor apprentices and invest in developing the next generation of sheet metal professionals.
- Foster a positive, respectful, accountable, and safety-focused culture on every job site.




- Identify challenges early and develop practical solutions before they impact the project.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, productivity, and workmanship.
- Build strong relationships with clients, general contractors, consultants, suppliers, and fellow trades.
- Take ownership of your projects and lead by example every day.
