Job Title: Commissions Administrator

Location: Remote Role in Ontario, Canada

Duration: 06 Months (Extension/Conversion will be based on performance)

Pay Rate: ($20 - $21) on an hourly basis

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a detail-oriented Commissions Administrator to support the research, preparation, processing, reconciliation, and reporting of compensation activities related to insurance and investment products.
- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, intermediate Excel proficiency , and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain compensation data and spreadsheets for processing and reporting.
- Verify deposits and funding received and reconcile payment information against compensation records.
- Process commissions and compensation according to established payment cycle schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of original and updated compensation information.
- Research and resolve held compensation records, discrepancies, and data deficiencies.
- Communicate with internal teams and third-party vendors to address compensation-related issues.
- Support cross-training across multiple functions within the Commissions department.




- Assist with ad hoc projects and other operational assignments as needed.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in commissions, compensation, insurance, financial services, payroll, finance operations, or a related field.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
