About Saltique Saltique is a growing Canadian mineral and wellness brand focused on helping people build better health through foundational products and everyday rituals.
We are looking for an outgoing, organized and entrepreneurial person to help bring Saltique into local communities across the Greater Toronto Area.
This is not a traditional desk-based event-planning role. You will identify promising local opportunities, build relationships with community organizers and businesses, create mutually beneficial collaborations, and personally lead Saltique’s presence at events and activations.
What You’ll Do Community Outreach and Partnerships * Research local festivals, wellness events, fitness communities, run clubs, gyms, studios, markets, cultural organizations, corporate wellness programs and other relevant communities.
- Contact organizers and community leaders on behalf of Saltique.
- Pitch sampling programs, pop-ups, sponsorships, product collaborations, workshops and other creative partnership ideas.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with local organizations and potential brand partners.
- Identify opportunities that align with Saltique’s target customer and brand positioning.
- Maintain an organized outreach pipeline and follow up consistently with prospective partners.
Event and Activation Management * Coordinate Saltique’s participation in local events from initial outreach through final execution.
- Manage event logistics, including registration, booth requirements, inventory, samples, signage, transportation and setup.
- Attend and lead in-person events as Saltique’s primary brand representative.
- Set up and take down event displays.
- Engage attendees, explain Saltique’s products and brand story, distribute samples and answer customer questions.
- Capture customer feedback, leads, photos and short-form event content.
- Coordinate additional event staff or brand ambassadors when necessary.
- Follow up with organizers, prospective customers, retailers and collaborators after each event.
Performance Tracking * Track outreach attempts, responses, partnership discussions and confirmed activations.
- Report on event attendance, samples distributed, email sign-ups, sales, retailer leads and customer feedback.
- Evaluate which events and partnerships produce the strongest results.
- Recommend new communities, events and partnership formats for Saltique to explore.
You May Be a Great Fit If You * Are naturally outgoing and comfortable approaching new people.
- Enjoy networking and building genuine community relationships.
- Are highly organized and able to manage several opportunities at once.
- Can independently research, pitch and follow up without requiring constant direction.
- Are comfortable representing a consumer wellness brand in person.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Are available for occasional evening and weekend events.
- Have reliable transportation and are comfortable travelling throughout the GTA.
- Can transport event supplies and lift boxes weighing up to approximately 25 pounds.
- Are comfortable working in a growing business where responsibilities may evolve.
Preferred Experience * One to three years of experience in community outreach, partnerships, events, field marketing, experiential marketing, hospitality or brand activations.
- Existing relationships within GTA fitness, wellness, food, cultural, family or community organizations are an asset.
- Experience representing a consumer packaged goods or wellness brand is an asset.
- Experience with straightforward CRM, spreadsheet or project-management tools is an asset.
Formal education is less important to us than initiative, communication, organization and the ability to turn conversations into real partnerships.
What Success Looks Like During your first few months, you will:
- Build a strong pipeline of relevant GTA events and community partners.
- Establish relationships with local organizations that align with Saltique.
- Secure and execute consistent, high-quality brand activations.
