Job Title: Community Growth Intern (Part-Time, Contract) Location: Delta State (Asaba, Warri & Surrounding Areas)

Duration: 3–6 Months (Renewable based on performance)

About the Role A fast-growing technology company in the mobility/ride-hailing industry is seeking an energetic and results-driven Community Growth Officer to drive rider acquisition and community engagement across Delta State.

This is a field-based role ideal for an undergraduate, or recent graduate who enjoys meeting people, creating digital content, and driving community growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute on-ground activations to drive rider registrations and app downloads.
- Build relationships with schools, religious organizations, businesses, hospitality outlets, events, and other community partners.
- Identify and secure partnership opportunities that increase brand visibility and user acquisition.




- Create engaging social media content (videos, photos, reels, testimonials) to promote the platform.
- Represent the company at field events and community engagements.
- Gather market insights and customer feedback to improve campaigns.
- Submit weekly reports on activities, partnerships, and rider acquisition.

Requirements

- Undergraduate (300 Level and above), or recent graduate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and community engagement.
- Active on social media with basic content creation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
- Resident in Delta State (specifically, Warri or Asaba)
