AgeCare is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide skilled nursing care to residents and support Personal Support Workers. You will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and ensure adherence to policies on the unit. You will liaise with physicians and the health care team, and promptly notify physicians of significant changes in resident status when the RN is unavailable. Ontario standards and safety regulations guide daily practice in a geriatric care setting.
