Engineer to join our R&D; team and lead the planning, execution and maintenance of product and regulatory compliance initiatives across the organization. This role is pivotal in driving our mission to support global decarbonization and digitization trends through advanced electric heating solutions. This opportunity is ideal for an engineer with a strong foundation in product certification and familiarity with major nationally recognized testing laboratories.

Are energized by navigating evolving regulatory landscapes and enabling market entry in rapidly growing industries. Value driving projects from concept through testing, certification,



and full commercial release while ensuring ongoing compliance. Manage end-to-end certification activities (CSA, UL, ETL) from planning through approval.

Coordinate testing with external laboratories and certification bodies, including scheduling, samples and test execution. Ensure that products meet applicable domestic and international regulations, industry standards, and customer requirements throughout the product lifecycle. Guide compliance processes, managing audits, and producing technical documentation to support product certification.

Support troubleshooting during test failures and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders. Work with production and project management teams to schedule factory special inspections. Support factory audits across all sites.

Develop certification plans for new product development projects. Monitor regulatory changes and communicate potential impact to internal teams. Bachelor’s degree in engineering 5+ years’ experience in certification, compliance and working with external test labs Strong understanding of project management principles, risk assessment, and go/no-go decision-making Bonus Points For Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Experience in current product development using a structured stage-gate process from concept through commercialization Fundamental working knowledge of electric heating technology Professional Engineering certification Small, agile team where your contributions matter.
