Superwake is an aerospace and defense company based in North York, focused on the design, manufacturing, and operation of advanced uncrewed aerial vehicles. Our work combines aerospace engineering and modern manufacturing to create reliable aircraft designed for a variety of applications.

Superwake is a small, quick-moving team where engineers and technicians work directly on complete aircraft systems, from early design and prototyping to testing and real-world operations.

About the Role :

This role focuses on building high-performance composite structures used in advanced uncrewed aircraft. You will work hands-on with materials such as carbon fiber, fiberglass and kevlar, turning raw materials into flight-ready components.

As part of a small, fast-moving team, you’ll have the opportunity to see your work progress from initial fabrication through to final assembly and flight operations.

Responsibilities:

- Manufacture composite parts using a variety of techniques such as hand lamination and resin infusion.
- Follow detailed work instructions and accurately complete production documentation.
- Trim, sand, and finish composite components to aerospace-level tolerances.
- Perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

What You Bring:

Required Qualifications

- 2-5 years of experience with composite manufacturing.
- English language skills (both oral and written).
- Excellent documentation and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Experience using basic power tools for manufacturing and post-processing.
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods,



and performing detailed manual tasks.

Additional Qualifications
- Understanding general aircraft terminology is preferred.
- Past experience in manufacturing aerospace components is preferred.
- Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings for manufacturing is preferred.

- Location: Full-time onsite

- Reporting to: Manufacturing Supervisor

Compensation and Benefits:

- Salary range: $22 - $26/hour
