Provide security and resident support as a Concierge in Ontario’s vibrant Toronto area. This role involves responding effectively to requests while ensuring safety. FirstService Residential is seeking a Security Concierge who is both detail-oriented and self-motivated. You will serve as a primary contact for residents, assisting with their inquiries and managing security measures.

Your responsibilities will incorporate both customer service and safety enforcement while maintaining organizational standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and address residents’ needs promptly
- Patrol the property and ensure emergency protocols are followed
- Manage access schedules and vendor communications
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information
- Follow up on daily logs and report entries

Requirements:

- Valid Ontario Security License is a must
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Experience or coursework in Business/Hospitality is advantageous
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and manage extended periods of sitting or standing
- Solid verbal communication skills for effective client interaction
