InnovaCrete Construction Inc. is currently hiring Concrete Labourers to join our team. We work on commercial concrete projects of all sizes and are looking for motivated individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and ready to grow with our company.

Responsibilities

- Assist with concrete forming, placing, and finishing
- Load, unload, and move materials and tools
- Prepare job sites and maintain a clean, protected work environment
- Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors
- Complete all work in compliance with COR Safety Standards

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Concrete forming and finishing experience is an asset, but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual,



and dependable
- Positive attitude and motivated to succeed
- Ability to work safely and follow safety procedures
