As a Construction Labourer, you'll support skilled tradespeople by performing a variety of physical tasks that keep projects moving forward efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring safety and organization at all times
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform tasks such as framing, caulking, painting, flooring installation, tile laying, and plumbing support
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support project execution
- Support carpentry tasks including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials according to project specifications
- Conduct restoration work and apply construction painting techniques to meet quality standards
- Assist with welding, tile installation, flooring work,



and other specialized trades as needed
- Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately

Qualifications

- Previous construction experience or familiarity with building sites is highly preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment required for various trades
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, welding, caulking, flooring installation, tile laying, and restoration techniques is a plus
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills
- Willingness to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety standards at all times
