Overview

We are seeking reliable and motivated Site Labourers to support daily construction activities on-site in Upper Hammonds Plains. This is a hands-on position that plays a vital role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to HarbourTown’s high standards.

Responsibilities

- Perform general labour tasks such as site cleanup, material handling, and basic tool use.
- Assist carpenters, tradespeople, and equipment operators as required.
- Load, unload, and move construction materials.
- Erect and dismantle temporary structures such as scaffolding or barricades.
- Always follow site safety policies and procedures.
- Support site supervisors and project managers in maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

Skills

- Previous construction or labour experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to lift, carry,



and move materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Commitment to following safety protocols.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Safety certifications (e.g., WHMIS, First Aid, Fall Arrest) are considered an asset.
- Reliable transportation as some sites are not on public transportation routes.

Job Type: Full time Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
