Gibraltar Construction is a commercial general contractor specialising in tenant improvement and interior renovation projects across the Lower Mainland and the BC Interior. We are currently hiring an experienced Site Manager who is willing and able to work out of town for extended periods when required.

This role requires flexibility. Willingness to work in the Interior is mandatory.

Travel, accommodation, and Living Out Allowance (LOA) are provided for out-of-town work.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day site operations on commercial TI and renovation projects
- Coordinate subtrades, material deliveries, access, and sequencing
- Communicate with Project Managers, trades, suppliers, and clients
- Complete daily site reporting and documentation using company systems
- Perform hands-on work when required (doors, hardware, steel stud framing, T-bar, small fixes)
- Enforce safety procedures and quality standards
- Maintain site cleanliness, organisation, and professionalism

Qualifications & Requirements

- 8–10+ years experience in construction (commercial renovation / TI preferred)
- Proven ability to run sites independently
- Strong understanding of commercial renovation and office construction




- Willing and able to work out of town for extended periods
- Comfortable working evening or extended shifts when required
- Valid driver’s licence, own vehicle, and required PPE
- Strong communication and organisational skills

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $72,000.00-$92,000.00 per year
