We are looking for a hard-working, dependable General Laborer to join our crew and support our ongoing projects across residential and commercial sites.

Responsibilities

- Support the construction team by performing manual labor tasks, including heavy lifting, digging, loading/unloading, and material handling.
- Diligently follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and your team.
- Work closely with site supervisors and crew members to complete tasks efficiently and stay on schedule.
- Properly maintain, clean,



and store tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
- Assist in daily site setup, cleanup, and organization to promote a tidy, skilled, and hazard-free workspace.

Requirements

- Proven experience in construction or relevant hands-on work in the building industry.
- Ability to safely and effectively operate heavy machinery and power tools.
- High physical stamina and strength to perform physically demanding manual tasks throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to safety procedures, personal protective equipment (PPE), and site regulations.
- Solid ability to work well within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills, take direction, and adapt to various construction roles as needed.
- Must be willing and comfortable traveling long distances and working out-of-town for extended periods depending on project locations.
- Flexible and reliable personal transportation to reach local job sites or designated meeting points.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
