We're looking for someone who lives on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, understands internet culture, and can recognize a hilarious moment before everyone else does.

This isn't about making polished commercials.

It's about capturing authentic personalities and turning them into content people can't stop watching.

What You'll Do

- Follow our owner on jobsites throughout the day
- Film real conversations, crew banter and behind-the-scenes moments
- Edit and publish short-form content daily
- Create Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts and longer YouTube episodes
- Help develop recurring content series
- Capture educational roofing content in an entertaining way
- Engage with the online community through comments and social media
- Constantly pitch current ideas for content

Every day is different. Some days you'll be filming on rooftops.

Some days you'll be laughing so hard you forget you're working.

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Is passionate about creating content
- Knows Instagram, TikTok and YouTube inside and out
- Has strong video editing skills
- Can tell a story through editing
- Understands pacing, memes and internet culture




- Is comfortable filming in unpredictable environments
- Doesn't mind getting dirty on construction sites
- Can work independently
- Brings creative ideas instead of waiting for instructions

Age doesn't matter. Talent does.

Equipment Experience (Preferred)

- Sony FX30, Sony A7 IV or similar
- DJI Pocket 3
- GoPro
- DJI Wireless Microphones
- Drone experience is an asset
- Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve

What Success Looks Like
- 3–5 short-form videos every day
- Daily Instagram Stories
- Weekly YouTube episodes
- Growing an engaged online community
- Creating content people genuinely want to share

- Watch creators like Casey Neistat, Peter McKinnon, or Caleb Hammer
- Love documentaries and reality TV
- Can recognize a viral moment before everyone else
- Appreciate blue-collar humor
- Have experience filming construction, trades or outdoor work

We simply believe the trades have some of the funniest people and best stories on the internet they've just never been filmed properly.
