and career development Your Responsibilities - You'll partner with finance and operations leaders to develop budgets, forecasts, financial models, and long-term business plans.
- You'll analyze financial performance, identify key business drivers, and provide executive-ready reporting and recommendations.
- You'll oversee month-end reporting, inventory accounting, cost accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting for an assigned portfolio.
- You'll strengthen financial controls, support compliance with US GAAP, and help standardize reporting processes across the business.
- You'll collaborate with Shared Service Centres and operational teams to improve reporting, optimize processes, and support informed business decisions.
- You'll contribute to a strong culture of health, safety, and continuous improvement across all areas of the business.

Skills and Qualifications - 5+ years of finance or accounting experience in manufacturing or a related industry

- CPA designation is required
- Strong financial planning and analysis experience, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and executive reporting
- Experience with inventory accounting, cost accounting, P&L; forecasting, and business partnering




- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work confidently with large, complex datasets, along with experience using SAP and Google Workspace
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, with IFRS experience considered an asset
