This role reports to the VP PMO and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement Lean Six Sigma strategies. Engage in value-stream mapping, rapid improvement events, and other efforts to eliminate obstacles in improvement processes and ensure team empowerment. Key Responsibilities:

- Create measurable criteria to evaluate project success
- Lead initiatives focusing on waste reduction




- Maintain an updated database of improvement activities
- Conduct gap analyses and provide actionable insights
- Present regular project evaluations and updates Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in Lean Six Sigma
- Previous experience leading multiple improvement projects
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and MiniTab tools
- 3+ years in a supervisory role highly preferred
