Corporate Controller

Location: Water St. Facility, Summerside, PE

Scope: Supporting multi-site operations across Prince Edward Island

Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 per year

This position is responsible for leading the accounting team, overseeing financial reporting and the month-end close process, enhancing internal controls, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information across the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate month-end close, managing timelines and reviewing working papers, reconciliations, and reports.




- Review monthly financial statements and conduct variance analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Provide oversight and guidance across key functions including financial reporting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies.
- Prepare internal reports that support operational and strategic decision-making at the leadership level.
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls and financial procedures to safeguard company assets and support compliance.
- Prepare and oversee regulatory, compliance, and ad-hoc reporting as required.
- Manage the year-end audit process and act as the primary liaison with the auditors.
- Support, develop, and mentor team members, fostering accountability and a high-performing team environment.
