Our Counter Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the counter. The role involves supervising the counter staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Wage is $26.75 per hour and wages may be scaled with relevant education/experience. Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Some Saturday Shifts
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the counter area and staff
- Train staff on company procedures, policies and safety
- Establish work schedules and procedures for staff
- Prepare the branch for inventory count
- Plan and oversee logistics operations
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Essential:
- Excellent knowledge of the irrigation, plumbing and heating distribution business.
- 2+ years of counter sales experience, ideally in a similar industry
- Demonstrated passion for customer service
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Clear and respectful communication with customers, co-workers and management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with industry and/or products
- Completion of Grade 12
- Capable of lifting 50lbs minimum
