Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, friendly service at the counter
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Clover POS
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Prepare simple food items following proper food safety and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, including food preparation zones and sanitation stations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service and customer satisfaction

Requirements





- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Clover POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
- Familiarity with food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
- Experience with food preparation, serving, or kitchen tasks is advantageous
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
