Customer

Service sales clerks and cashiers will perform various duties and responsibilities while prioritizing customer service with a genuine and friendly attitude, you will be encouraged to embrace workplace culture by demonstrating respect and integrity toward fellow employees and customers. This position requires flexible availability to work some weekends and evenings

- Ability to focus on time management when tasking, sometimes there is an urgency to complete a task
- Is Motivated by a team setting working with others, being of service to others, and supporting the work load
- Is passionate to learn about our special events and being a host to families or groups
- Has a keen interest to learn more about the Farm & Market store and branded products to better engage customers
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Detail oriented to understand how cleanliness is important to the food business
- Food Handlers certificate an asset
- Greet and engage customers,



small talk about PK (product knowledge) and a offer a prompt checkout experience thanking them for visiting
- Perform stocking duties such as replenishing, rotating and dusting displays taking pride in the stores unique merchandising aspects
- Wrap/put away or discard items according to company policy when closing
- Log and process customers special orders with a friendly helpful attitude
- Perform daily janitorial duties by sweeping, mopping and cleaning using the housekeeping journal checklist
- Follow all Maple Grove Farm policies
- Have fun and enjoy our guests, we have visitors from all over
- Seasonal (FUN) opportunities to work with the public in outdoor farm market festivities helping families create memories

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.60-$18.50 per hour
