Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Safely operate a variety of vehicles including commercial trucks, vans to deliver freight
- Load, unload, and secure freight using appropriate tools such as forklifts when necessary
- Plan delivery routes efficiently to maximize productivity and meet scheduled deadlines
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform basic automotive repairs to ensure safety and compliance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs,



shipment documentation, and freight records
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in commercial driving, freight handling, or logistics preferred
- Knowledge of automotive repair basics for troubleshooting vehicle issues on the go
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation and safety procedures
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, or move freight as needed
