Nipissing University invites applications for part time course instructors for Fall/Winter positions to teach courses in Chemistry for existing vacancies.
Fall Term
September 8, 2026, to December 31, 2026
Hours: Total of 36 instructional hours over 12 weeks

- CHEM-2046-FA001, Environmental Chemistry, Lecture, North Bay
Winter Term
January 11, 2027, to April 30, 2027
Hours: Total of 36 instructional hours over 12 weeks
- CHEM-1007-WI001/002/003, General Chemistry, Lecture, North Bay

Qualifications
- A completed PhD or near completion in Chemistry is preferred
- A master's degree is required
- Experience teaching at the post-secondary level would be considered an asset
Duties
- Responsible for all instruction and evaluation for the portion of the course to which they are assigned
- Will be available to meet with students outside of the official classroom time
- Complete mandatory training requirements, review and follow Nipissing University's policies and procedures
