Job Summary

InnovaCrete Construction is looking for a motivated and experienced Crew Leader / Foreman to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who can take charge on site, lead crews efficiently, maintain quality workmanship, and help projects run safely and on schedule.

This position is ideal for someone with strong concrete construction experience who takes pride in leadership, organization, and producing high-quality work.

Duties

- Lead and supervise concrete crews on residential and commercial projects
- Coordinate daily tasks and ensure projects stay on schedule
- Read and interpret blueprints and site drawings
- Communicate with project managers, suppliers, and site supervisors
- Ensure work is completed safely and according to company standards
- Train and mentor newer workers and laborers
- Organize materials, tools, and equipment on site
- Complete daily reports, safety documentation, and site inspections
- Maintain professional communication with clients and contractors
- Help with forming, rebar, placing, finishing, and site prep when required

Qualifications

- Previous experience in concrete construction
- Leadership or foreman experience preferred




- Solid understanding of forming, foundations, slabs, and finishing
- Ability to lead crews and solve problems efficiently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- CSA-approved work boots and hard hat required
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors
