Duties

- Assist with preparing fresh ingredients, including chopping vegetables, portioning proteins, and stocking food stations to ensure efficient service.
- Assemble burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, and other menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, answering menu questions, and processing payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area, food preparation stations, and equipment in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Support inventory management by restocking ingredients, monitoring supplies, and assisting with receiving and organizing deliveries.
- Operate kitchen equipment and point-of-sale (POS) systems safely and efficiently while following company procedures.
- Follow food safety, hygiene,



and workplace safety protocols to ensure a clean, safe, and healthy environment for customers and team members.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurants, or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a positive, friendly attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn food preparation techniques, restaurant procedures, and company standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices is an asset.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A reliable work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience.
