At Anchor we do more than just serve seafood! We support our guests in creating delicious meals in their own homes and we support our crew by providing hands-on paid training in office.
As an Anchor crew member, you will be exposed to many different types of tasks all intended to expand each our individual skillsets and support our team. Crew do a variety of tasks ranging from interacting daily with guests, facing, restocking, organizing, cleaning, processing, slicing, filleting, to producing our line of artisinal crafted house-made products.
