Red Crow Community College is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Operations and Maintenance Custodian for our Main Campus in Standoff Ab. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing custodian duties, maintain the cleanliness of the facility, promptly address maintenance issues and be able to operate small engine equipment. The candidate’s should have WHIMIS certification and a working knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety standards.

Have a working understanding of sanitation requirements for large scale buildings ensuring a secure and clean environment for students, staff, and visitors.

- Ensuring the cleanliness and sanitary conditions of the College.
- Able to operate maintenance equipment.
- Able to lift more than 50 lbs.
- Adhering to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines and always wear proper individual protective equipment (IPE);
- Completing Janitorial logs/checklists that track scheduled activities.




- Maintaining an inventory of janitorial supplies and advising supervisor when low levels of supplies have been reached.
- Adhere to Red Crow Community College policies and procedures.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of students and staff on campus.
- Work within the Operation and Maintenance team at Red Crow Community College.
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a large-scale facility or 5 years related experience required.
- High School Diploma and WHIMIS Certification required.
