The Town of Ajax is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Recreation & Culture Department. This role handles frontline inquiries, promotes programs and memberships, and supports program operations at multiple centers. Evening and weekend shifts up to 24 hours weekly are included.

Requirements include Grade 12, 2+ years in municipal/customer service, cash handling, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. CPR/C first aid and a transparent RC/VE search are required at hire.
