barBURRITO is looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused Team Members to join our restaurant. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, and other menu items according to company standards.
- Accurately take customer orders and process payments using the POS system.
- Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout each shift.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Schedule
- Day, evening, weekday, weekend,



and holiday shifts may be required.
- Flexible scheduling available.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly wage.

Employment ConditionsProbationary Period All current employees are subject to a 90-day probationary period. This allows both the employee and the company to assess suitability for the position. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, employees will enter the company's regular performance appraisal process.
