Duties

- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, billing questions, and troubleshooting issues with enthusiasm and clarity
- Conduct data entry accurately to update customer records, order statuses, and account details in our systems
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services that match customer needs
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends or areas for service improvement
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues efficiently




- Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple conversations simultaneously in a multilingual workplace (English, French and Spanish preferred)

Requirements

- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles with strong communication skills
- Ability to handle high-volume calls with professionalism and patience
- Multilingual abilities, particularly fluency in English, French and Spanish, are highly desirable
- Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Experience with data entry tools and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
- Knowledge of upselling techniques and sales strategies to enhance customer engagement
- Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enabling us to serve diverse customer bases effectively
